Pharmacological action
COMBILIPEN – combined multivitamin preparation. The effect of the drug is determined by the properties of vitamins that make up its composition.
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) is involved in nerve impulse conduction.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) – has a vital effect on the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, necessary for normal blood formation, functioning of the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. Provides synaptic transmission, inhibition processes in the central nervous system, is involved in the transport of sphingosine, which is part of the nerve membrane, participates in the synthesis of catecholamines.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) – participates in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in the normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and the synthesis of myelin.
Indications

Combibipene contains benzyl alcohol. Do not prescribe to children because of the content of benzyl alcohol in the preparation.

Dosage and administration
The drug is administered in / m.
For severe symptoms of the disease, 2 ml is prescribed daily for 5-7 days, then 2 ml 2-3 times / week. within 2 weeks in mild cases – 2 ml 2-3 times / week. 7-10 days.
Duration is determined by the doctor individually, depending on the severity of the symptoms of the disease, but should not exceed 2 weeks.
For maintenance therapy, oral administration of group B vitamins is recommended.
Overdose
