Pharmacological action

KompligamB has a multivitamin, analgesic, local anesthetic effect.

Indications

For pathogenetic and symptomatic treatment of diseases and syndromes from the nervous system of various origins:

neuropathy and polyneuropathy (diabetic, alcoholic and others)

neuritis and polyneuritis, including retrobulbar neuritis

peripheral paresis, including facial nerve

neuralgia, incl. trigeminal nerve and intercostal nerves

pain syndrome (radicular, myalgia)

night muscle cramps, especially in people of older age groups

plexopathy, ganglionitis (including herpes zoster)

neurological manifestations of osteochondrosis of the spine (radiculopathy, lumbar ischalgia, muscle-tonic syndromes).

Contraindications

severe and acute forms of decompensated chronic heart failure

childhood (due to lack of research)

hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

It is not recommended to use the drug Complig B during pregnancy and during lactation (breastfeeding).

Special instructions

In cases of very fast administration of the drug, systemic reactions (dizziness, arrhythmia, convulsions) may develop.

Composition

1 ml contains thiamine hydrochloride (vit. B1) 50 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6) 50 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit. B12) 500 ?g, lidocaine hydrochloride 10 mg,

excipients: benzyl alcohol, sodium pol , sodium tripolyphosphate, potassium hexacyanoferrate, sodium hydroxide (1M solution), water d / i.

Dosage and administration of

In case of severe pain, it is advisable to start treatment with a / m administration (deep) of 2 ml of the drug daily for 5-10 days, with a further transition to either ingestion or less frequent injections – 2-3 once a week for 2-3 weeks.

Side effects of

Allergic reactions: skin reactions in the form of itching, urticaria rarely – hypersensitivity reactions to drug, including rash, shortness of breath, angioedema, anaphylactic shock.

Drug interaction

Pyridoxine is not prescribed simultaneously with levodopa, since the effect of the latter is weakened. Taking into account the presence of lidocaine in the preparation, in case of additional use of epinephrine and norepinephrine, an increase in side effects on the heart is possible. In case of an overdose of local anesthetics, epinephrine and norepinephrine cannot be used additionally.

Overdose

Symptoms: systemic reactions may develop – dizziness, arrhythmia, convulsions.

Treatment: symptomatic therapy.
