Phytosphingosine – a natural active substance that has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects, restores a hydrolipidic film on the surface of the skin. Ceramide 3-ceramide phytosphingosine is involved in the formation of the lipid barrier layer of the skin – a hydrolipidic film, while Phytosphingosine also has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects. The combination of the antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties of Phytosphingosine with the antibacterial and antifungal, dermatoprotective effects of zinc pyrithione can remove dry skin and prevent secondary infection, improve the barrier function of the skin, which also prevents the loss of water and the occurrence of dryness.

Dosage and administration
