Pharmacological action
Tanacehol has a pronounced choleretic activity, enhances the secretion and excretion of bile, contributes to the normalization of its biochemical composition. Tanacechol has an antispasmodic effect on the gallbladder, bile ducts and intestines.
Indications
Tanacechol is used in adults as a choleretic and antispasmodic agent for chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia of the hypo- and hypermotor type, as well as in patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to the components of Tanacehol.
Special instructions
According to clinical trials, Tanacekhol effectively relieves symptoms, associated with impaired motor function of the intestine and biliary tract, in patients with irritable bowel syndrome, occurring with a predominance of constipation, in combination with dysfunction of the gallbladder and ducts.
Composition
1 coated tablet contains: active substance: dry flower tansy dry extract (Tanacechol dry extract containing the sum of flavonoids and phenolcarboxylic acids in terms of luteolin and absolutely dry substance 50%) 0.05 g,
excipients: milk sugar (lactose) – 0.0378 g potato starch – 0.02 g of silicon colloidal dioxide (Aerosil A380) – 0.0011 g of calcium stearate (calcium stearic acid) – 0.0011 g,

Dosage and administration of
Tanacechol is taken orally 15-20 minutes before a meal, 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. If necessary, the number of doses of the drug is increased to 4 times a day. The course of treatment is 20-30 days.
