Rose hips contain vitamins C, B, P, K, organic acids, flavonoids, carotenoids, pectin and tannins.
Dosage and administration
About 10 g (1 tablespoon) of the raw material is placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, squeeze out the remaining raw materials.
The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take in the form of heat 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
