Pharmacodynamics

The laxative effect of Endofalk is due to the action of the components of the drug and is manifested in the occurrence of diarrhea. Macrogol 3350 (polyethylene glycol) due to the creation of an isosmolar solution prevents absorption in the stomach and intestines and contributes to the accelerated passage and excretion of the contents of the gastrointestinal tract.

Electrolytes of salts, which are part of the drug, prevent the violation of the water-salt balance of the body.

Pharmacokinetics

High molecular weight polyethylene glycols are not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and are not metabolized during passage (they prevent unwanted gas formation caused by the metabolizing effect of bacteria).
