Pharmacological action
Combined topical preparation. Heparin prevents the formation of blood clots, has anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory effects, improves local blood flow. Allantoin has an anti-inflammatory effect, stimulates metabolic processes in tissues and promotes cell proliferation. Dexpanthenol improves heparin absorption, stimulates granulation and epithelization of tissues.
Indications
Thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins trophic ulcers of the leg (for ointment) sports injuries, tenosynovitis, inflammatory infiltrates.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, violation of the integrity of the skin (for gel), infected damage to the skin.
Composition
100 g ointments contain : Active substances Heparin sodium 50,000 ME, allantoin 0.30 g, dexpanthenol 0.40 g: Excipients Bronopol, carbomer 934, Lunacera M, hostafat KW-340-N, levomenthol, liquid paraffin, purcelinol, tetin 515, disodium edetate , triethanolamine, white petroleum jelly, peeled ox. 100 g of gel contain: Active substances Sodium heparin 50,000 ME, allantoin 0.250 g, dexpanthenol 0.250 g. Excipients Carbomer 940, levomenthol, disodium edetate, triethanolamine, Pini silvestis oil (Scots pine), Pini pumilious oil (cedar escaped,) lemon oil sorbitol 70% non-crystallizing, isopropyl alcohol, softigen 767, polysorbate 80, purified water.
Dosage and Administration
Externally. On the affected areas 1-3 times a day apply a column of ointment 5 cm long, without rubbing. In the treatment of venous disease, the drug is used in the form of dressings with ointment. With trophic ulcers, the ointment is applied in the form of a ring about 4 cm wide. For diseases of the veins of the lower extremities, the ointment is applied with light rubbing movements from the bottom up, it is recommended to rub the dose not completely, but in separate portions.
