Indications
As an expectorant (in pastilles – symptomatic) in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with sputum that is difficult to separate.
Contraindications

Use during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Ingredients
1 lozenge contains:
Active ingredient: liquid thyme herb extract (Thymus vulgaris L, fam. Lamiaceae) – 100,000 mg. The ratio of thyme herb to extractant 1: 2-2.5. Extractant: Ammonia solution 10%, glycerol 85%, ethyl alcohol 90% (v / v), water in a ratio of 1: 20: 70: 109.
Excipients: sucrose, povidone, levomenthol, cineole, acacia gum, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Dosage and administration
Inside, absorbable in the oral cavity.
Adults and children over 12 years old – 1-2 lozenges up to 3 times a day. Children from 6 to 12 years old – 1 lozenge 3 times a day. The duration of the drug is determined by the severity of the symptoms of the disease and its duration.
Side effects
Allergic reactions: skin rash urticaria angioedema of the face and mucous membrane of the oral cavity and pharynx (Quincke’s edema). In this case, you must stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Drug Interaction
It is not recommended to use concurrently with antitussive drugs as well as with drugs that reduce phlegm formation, as this makes it difficult to expectorate liquefied phlegm.
