Treatment with vitamin B12 is combined, if necessary, with the appointment of other drugs.
Cyanocobalamin is incompatible with ascorbic acid, salts of heavy metals (inactivation of cyanocobalamin), thiamine bromide, pyridoxine, riboflavin (because the cobalt ion contained in the cyanocobalamin molecule destroys other vitamins). Vitamin B12 enhances the development of allergic reactions, youcalled thiamine. It can not be combined with drugs that increase blood coagulability.

Composition of
Cyanocobalamin – a medicine containing cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) as an active ingredient. 1 ml of the drug contains 50, 200, 500 or 1000 Ñg of vitamin B12, as well as sodium chloride and water for injection.
Dosage and administration
The drug is administered subcutaneously, intramuscularly or intravenously in the following doses:
