Pharmacological action of

Indications

Contraindications
Acute febrile illness of any etiology and exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases. vaccinations are carried out 1 month after recovery. To persons after viral hepatitis and meningococcal infection, vaccination is carried out no earlier than 6 months after recovery.
Severe allergic reactions in the history of food (especially chicken protein), drugs, bronchial asthma, systemic diseases of the connective tissue.

Dosage and administration
The initial course of vaccination consists of two intramuscular injections of 0.5 ml of the vaccine with an interval of 5-7 months.
For emergency prophylaxis, double vaccination with a dose of 0.5 ml with an interval of 1 to 2 months is recommended
Revaccination is carried out once in a dose of 0.5 ml 1 year after completion of the initial course of vaccination.
Subsequent long-term revaccinations are carried out once every 3 years. In foci with a high risk of infection, a whole healthy population with the ability to contact with ticks is vaccinated.
The vaccine is administered intramuscularly in the deltoid muscle of the shoulder.
Side effects of
After administration of the vaccine, local and general reactions may develop in some cases. Local reactions are expressed in redness, swelling, pain at the injection site, a slight increase in regional lymph nodes is possible. The duration of the reactions does not exceed 3-5 days.
General reactions can develop in the first two days and are expressed in a rise in temperature from 37.1 ° C to 38.0 ° C in 15-19% of vaccinees, headache, malaise, pain in muscles and joints. Their duration does not exceed 3 days.
In rare cases, vaccinations can be accompanied by the development of allergic reactions, in connection with which the vaccinated should be under medical supervision for 30 minutes after vaccination.
