Pharmacological action of
Gabryglobin-IgG – contains Ig with antibody activity of different specificity. Increases nonspecific resistance of the body.
Indications
Severe bacterial and viral infections (including postoperative complications accompanied by septicemia).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including to blood products), in severe sepsis – only anaphylactic shock on a person ² ¢s blood products in history.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation.
Special instructions
Rapid administration may cause collapse. Medical rooms should be equipped with anti-shock therapy. For patients with allergic diseases, the drug is administered against the background of antihistamine drugs, the administration of which is continued for 8 days after the end of the course of treatment. During an exacerbation of the allergic process, the drug is administered after the conclusion of an allergist for health reasons. Persons with diseases in the genesis of which the leading are immunopathological mechanisms (collagenosis, immune diseases of the blood, nephritis), treatment is prescribed after consulting the appropriate specialist. The introduction of the drug is recorded in the established accounting forms with the number, series, date of manufacture, date of administration, expiration date, manufacturer, date of administration, dose and nature of the reaction to drug administration.
Composition
1 vial contains: normal human immunoglobulin 50 ml.
Excipient: maltose.
Dosage and administration of
I / V, drip at a rate of 8-10 cap / min, daily for 3-5 days. Before administration, the drug is kept at a temperature of 18-22 degrees C. With at least 2 hours, diluted 4 times with 0.9% NaCl solution or 5% glucose solution. Children in a single dose – 3-4 ml / kg (not more than 25 ml), adults – 25-50 ml. It is possible to iv drip without additional dilution at a speed of 30-40 cap / min. The course of treatment is 3-10 infusions after 24-72 hours (depending on the severity of the disease).
Drug Interactions
Transfusion immunoglobulin therapy for intravenous administration may be combined with other drugs, in particular antibiotics. The introduction of immunoglobulins can weaken (for 1.5-3 months) the effect of live vaccines against such viral diseases as measles, rubella, mumps and chicken pox (vaccinations with these vaccines should be done no earlier than 3 months later). After the introduction of large doses of immunoglobulin, its effect can last in some cases up to one year. Do not use simultaneously with calcium gluconate in infants.
