Indications
Prevention of acute respiratory viral diseases. Combined therapy of acute and chronic recurrent infectious diseases of the upper respiratory tract and urinary tract of secondary immunodeficiency states of various etiologies (infections, radiation, chemotherapy).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug (including plants of the family Asteraceae), systemic and autoimmune diseases (tuberculosis, leukemia, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and HIV infection, systemic lupus erythematosus, cancer), children up to 4 years, pregnancy, lactation.
WITH CAUTION
With caution is prescribed for diseases of the liver and / or kidneys, diseases of the brain, head injury compensated by diabetes mellitus (because the dosage form contains sucrose), as well as in the first trimester of pregnancy and during lactation. In the II and III trimesters of pregnancy, drug treatment is carried out under medical supervision.

Special instructions
The drug contains about 22% alcohol. A risk group consists of patients with epilepsy, alcoholism, with impaired liver function, diseases, brain damage, and head injury.
When taking the drug with cephalosporin derivatives or ethanol-containing drinks, nausea, sweating, headache, and a feeling of heart palpitations may occur.
Use caution when driving or engaging in other potentially hazardous activities, requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Composition of
per 100 g of solution:
Active ingredient: echinacea purple grass juice (1.7-2.5: 1) – 80 g.
Excipients: ethanol 96% – 18.1 g, water – 1.9
Dosage and administration
Use orally by diluting or drinking plenty of fluids.
Children from 4 to 6 years old – 1.25 ml 3 times a day.
Children from 6 to 12 years old – 2.0 ml 3 times a day.
Adults and children over 12 years of age – 2.5 ml 3 times a day.
The course of treatment should not exceed 2 weeks.
Consulting with a doctor is necessary to determine the appropriateness of subsequent courses of treatment.
Side effects
In very rare cases, allergic reactions (hyperthermia, facial swelling, shortness of breath), dizziness, and low blood pressure may develop.
Drug Interactions
It is possible to use it simultaneously with antibiotics and other antimicrobial drugs.
Alcohol, which is part of the composition, can affect the effectiveness of other drugs (in particular, reduce the activity of immunosuppressants, change the effect of cephalosporin derivatives and ethanol-containing drinks).
Overdose
Symptoms (when taking large doses of oral solution): nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia, increased nervous system excitability. Treatment: symptomatic.
Storage Conditions
In a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
Expiration after autopsy is 12 weeks.
