Pharmacological effect of srdlkosp Ruzam and anti-allergic effect. Reduces swelling of the mucous membranes and skin, reduces the content of eosinophils and degranulated mast cells in the focus of inflammation and increases the concentration of class A secretory Ig in the mucous membranes, thereby increasing their resistance to infection. Reduces the content of markers of allergic inflammation: total IgE in blood and nitric oxide in exhaled air.

Ruzam can be used for drug, food or multivalent allergies.
Ruzam is equally effective in both respiratory and skin allergies and, most importantly, with frequent relapses of respiratory infection.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding, children under 4 years old, acute infection, active tuberculosis, decompensated diseases of internal organs.
Caution. Caution should be used in the presence of foci of chronic infection (chronic tonsillitis, sinusitis) due to the possibility of their exacerbation.
Composition
Active ingredient: extract from a culture of a thermophilic strain of Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus strain C-2)
Excipients: sodium chloride solution for injection 0.9% phenol 0.025-0.05%
Dosage and administration of
Ruzam is administered subcutaneously in a single dose of 0.1 – 0.2 ml once every 7 days. The treatment course is 10 injections. Preventive course – 5 injections. If necessary, a single dose of Ruzam can be increased to 0.2-0.3 ml, the interval between administrations should be reduced to 5 days. A second course of treatment with Ruzam can be carried out after 20 days according to the same scheme, treatment courses can be repeated 4-5 times during the year, with an interval of at least 20 days.
With pollinosis, Ruses should be prescribed immediately before the flowering period of plants. 1-2 preventive courses of treatment are recommended.
Treatment with Ruzam can be combined with antihistamines and glucocorticoid drugs, if necessary, and can also be used regardless of age, duration of the disease and previous treatment.
Bronchial asthma. The dose of Ruzam is 0.10-0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. The course of treatment is 1-2 times a year. Treatment should be prescribed in the subacute period of the disease.
Atopic dermatitis. The therapeutic dose of Ruzam is 0.15-0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. With a tendency to pyoderma, a generalized form, in severe cases, the initial dose is 0.1 ml, then increase to 0.2 ml. In combination with Ruzam cream, externally to the affected areas. The course is carried out 1-2 times a year.
Quincke’s edema, urticaria. The therapeutic dose of Ruzam is 0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. In severe forms, start with a dose of 0.1 ml. The course is carried out 1-2 times a year.
Rhinitis seasonal, year-round. The therapeutic dose of Ruzam is 0.2 ml. Preventive dose – 0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. It is necessary to begin treatment with Ruzam 2-2.5 months before the period of polination. During polination, the dose of Ruzam is 0.1 ml once a week. With year-round allergic rhinitis, the course of treatment is 2 times a year in spring and autumn, with a severe course 3-4 times a year.
Photodermatosis. Therapeutic dose – 0.2 ml. Preventive dose – 0.2 ml. The course is 5 injections. In combination with Ruzam cream on affected areas of the skin. The course of treatment is carried out 1-2 times a year.
Frequent respiratory infections. The prophylactic dose of Ruzam is 0.2 ml. The course is 5 injections. The course of treatment is carried out 1-2 times a year.
Side effects
Short-term subfebrile condition, weakness, malaise are possible, in rare cases, some rashes on the skin with skin allergies, increased coughing, which, as a rule, do not require the cancellation of Ruzam and go away on their own.
