Pharmacological action
ALOE juice consists of freshly processed biostimulated leaves (children) of aloe vera and ethyl alcohol.
The active components of the drug have an irritating effect on the intestinal mucosa, enhance its remoteness, which allows it to be used as a laxative.
ALOE juice has bactericidal activity against streptococci, typhoid and desenteric sticks and Proteus.
When taken, the drug enhances the secretion of digestive glands, bile secretion, improves appetite and digestion.
ALOE juice has pronounced anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties. this makes it possible to use it as an external agent.
Indications
ALOE juice is indicated orally for:
chronic gastritis with low acidity of gastric juice
chronic colitis

Contraindications
When using ALOE Juice as a laxative, it must be remembered that excess doses can lead to inhibition of peristalsis, which will cause inflammation of the large intestine.
The antiglycosides contained in aloe contribute to the rush of blood to the organs of the abdominal cavity, which can cause bleeding.
Therefore, laxative drugs from aloe are contraindicated in hemorrhoidal and uterine bleeding and pregnancy.
Composition
Juice from biostimulated leaves or ² Ñchildren ² Ñ aloe tree 80 ml
ethyl alcohol 20 ml.
Dosage and administration
Inside, 20-30 minutes before meals, 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day externally – in the form of lotions and direct irrigation of wounds.

Drug Interactions
With prolonged use of aloe, a decrease in the potassium content in the body is possible, which can enhance the action of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhythmic drugs.
With the simultaneous use of aloe and thiazide diuretics, loop diuretics, licorice, corticosteroids, the risk of developing potassium deficiency increases.

Overdose of
