Contraindications

Special instructions

Dosage and administration
The daily dose is calculated on the basis of the total amino acid requirement with a branched side chain, which is 0.25-0.30 g per kg of body weight. The average dose of Hepamine is 6-18 tablets per day per patient weighing 70 kg. 2-6 tablets of the drug are taken during or immediately after a meal, washed down with water or fruit juice.
The duration of the course of therapy varies depending on the nature of the pathology, the severity and dynamics of the course of the main clinical syndromes of the disease. The course of treatment averages 2-4 weeks. If necessary, courses of therapy can be extended or repeated until clinical symptoms improve.
