Pharmacological action
NSAIDs, a derivative of phenylacetic acid, have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Indiscriminately inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2, disrupts the metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces the number of prostaglandins in the focus of inflammation. Pharmacokinetics
