Pharmacological action
Farmgroup: anti-inflammatory drug for topical use.
Pharmaceutical action: Anti-inflammatory drug for external use, inactivates hydroxyl radicals, improves the course of metabolic processes in the focus of inflammation.
It also has a local anesthetic, analgesic and antimicrobial effect and has moderate fibrinolytic activity.
Penetrates through the skin, mucous membranes, the membrane of microbial cells (increases their sensitivity to antibiotics) and other biological membranes, increases their permeability to drugs.
Indications
As part of complex therapy: diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (ankylosing spondylitis), deforming osteoarthritis (in the presence of damage to the periarticular tissues), reactive synovitis
limited scleroderma, erythema nodosum, discoid lupus erythematosus, foot mycoses, keloid scars, thrombophlebitis, alopecia, eczema, erysipelas, bruises, sprains, traumatic infiltrates, , trophic ulcers, acne, furunculosis,
in plastic surgery – conservation of skin homotransplants.
Composition
Concentrate for solution for external use 99% 100 ml

Dosage and administration
Externally, in the form of applications and irrigation (flushing). In a solution of the required concentration, gauze wipes are moistened and applied to the affected areas for 20-30 minutes. A plastic film and a cotton or linen cloth are applied over the napkin. Duration of applications – 10-15 days.
In the treatment of erysipelas and trophic ulcers – in the form of a 30-50% solution of 50-100 ml 2-3 times a day.
For eczema – compresses with 40-90% solution.
For local anesthesia for pain syndromes – 25-50% solution in the form of compresses 100-150 ml 2-3 times a day.
For face skin and other highly sensitive areas apply 10-20-30% solutions.
In skin plastic surgery, dressings with a 10-20% solution are used on transplanted skin auto- and homografts immediately after surgery and on the following days of the postoperative period until the graft is permanently implanted.
A 5% solution in Ringer’s solution is used as a preserving medium for storing skin homografts.
Less concentrated solutions rinse purulent-necrotic and inflammatory foci and cavities.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, contact dermatitis, erythematous rashes, dry skin, mild burning, itchy dermatitis rarely – bronchospasm.
