Kamistad – a combined drug.
Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect, which contributes to the rapid and lasting reduction of pain during inflammation and damage to the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and gums.
Chamomile flower extract has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and regenerative properties.
Release form
Gel for topical application. 10 g each in an aluminum tube with a screw cap made of polyethylene. Each tube, together with instructions for medical use of the drug, is placed in a pack.
Recommended Use Locally. A 0.5 cm strip of the drug is applied to painful or inflamed sections of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and lips 3 times a day, rubbing with light massaging movements.
For a period of getting used to dentures, rub a 0.5 cm long strip of gel into the compression sites.
The course of treatment depends on the severity of the disease.
Special instructions
Do not get in the eyes. Before and after applying the gel, it is recommended to wash your hands.
Kamistad ® contains sodium sweetener saccharin.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children’s age (up to 12 years).
Cases of interaction or incompatibility with other drugs are not described. No cases of drug overdose have been reported.
Allergic reactions possible. If during application of Kamistad gel there are signs of allergy, the drug should be discontinued and consult a doctor.
Composition sr dlkp 100 g of gel contain: Active substances: Lidocaine hydrochloride [as lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate] – 2.00 g, chamomile pharmacy flower extract (1: 4-5) (extractant – ethanol 50% (v) with trometamol 1.37%) – 18.50 g.
Excipients: Benzalkonium chloride 50% solution – 0.20 g, cinnamon camphor oil – 0.10 g, sodium saccharinate – 0.10 g, carbomer – 1.50 g, trometamol 2.81 g, formic acid 98% – 0.04 g, ethanol 96% – 0.82 g, water 73.93 g.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life
5 years. Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
After opening the tube, use the gel for 12 months.
