Indications

Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, pancreatitis and pancreatic necrosis (in adults).

Contraindications

Tendency to hypotension, poisoning with sleeping pills and drugs, acute infectious diseases, pregnancy.

Composition of

1 ampoule contains:

Active ingredient: dalargin 1 mg

Dosage and administration

Immediately before use, the contents of the ampoule with lyophilisate are dissolved in 1 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution.

In case of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, a single dose is 1-2 mg, the maximum daily dose is 5 mg. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. The total dose per treatment course is 30-50 mg.

In acute pancreatitis, the drug is administered iv in a dose of 2 mg, then 5 mg 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 4-6 days.

In acute necrotic pancreatitis, iv is administered 5 mg 3-4 times a day (with an interval of 6-8 hours). The course of treatment is from 2 to 6 days.
