Pharmacological action
Ginjaleling is an antispasmodic drug of plant origin, which includes kedgibeling leaves, orthosiphon leaves, meniran grass, ylang-ylang rhizome. It also has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect. It promotes the dissolution and discharge of urinary tract stones (urate, oxalate and mixed type) during monotherapy or after remote shock wave lithotripsy, prevents nephrourolithiasis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Special instructions
During the course of treatment, it is recommended to increase the amount of fluid consumed.
Composition
1 capsule 500 mg contains the active substance: a thick aqueous extract of the mixture – 178 mg
– Orthosiphon stamen leaves (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth. ) 27.7%
– Curly Strobilant Leaves (Strobilanthes crispus L.) 27.7%
– Phyllanthus niruri L. Phyllanthus herbs 22.3%
– Imperata cylindrical B. rhizomes 22.3%
excipients: nipagin, nipazole, aerosil-200 (colloidal silicon dioxide), corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate.
Dosage and Administration
Ginjaleling is prescribed orally, 2 capsules 3 times a day. Capsules should be washed down with at least 1 glass of water.
The course of treatment is 3-6 weeks. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment is possible only on the recommendation of a doctor.
