Indications

Composition

Dosage and administration
Injection solution is administered in oil, a single dose is 250 mg (1 amp.) or 4-6 mg / kg of body weight. If necessary, a single dose of Neovir can be increased to 500 mg.
The course of treatment, if not specifically indicated, consists of 5-7 i / m injections in single doses with an interval of 48 hours. The course dose depends on the clinical picture. The duration of the course is 8-12 days. With prolonged and preventive use, the interval between Neovir injections is 3-7 days.
In HIV infections, the injection is used as part of combination therapy. The course of treatment consists of 10 i / m injections of 250 mg with an interval between injections of 48 hours. After a course of therapy, a break of 2 months is taken. The number of repeated courses is not limited.
Side effects
General reactions: low-grade fever, allergic reactions.
