Pharmacological action
Pharmacodynamics
A drug with antithrombotic action for external use. It also has an antiexudative, moderate anti-inflammatory effect.
Pharmacokinetics of
Cmax in the blood is reached 8 hours after application and returns to the initial level after 12-24 hours.
It is excreted mainly in urine.
Indications
– Thrombophlebitis of superficial veins, phlebothrombosis
– complications after surgical operations on the veins
– localized infiltrates and edema
– injuries, bruises (including muscle tissue, tendons, joints, joints).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to heparin.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is possible to use the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) according to strict indications.
Special instructions
The drug should not be used for bleeding, as well as for open wounds, mucous membranes and purulent processes.
Use Lyoton 1000 with caution with increased bleeding.
Composition of
1 g of gel contains:
Active substances:
heparin sodium 1000 IU.
Excipients:
methyl parahydroxybenzoate,
propyl parahydroxybenzoate,
carbomer 940,
ethyl alcohol 96%,
neroli oil,
lavender oil,
triethane.
Dosage and administration
Apply 3-10 cm of gel 1-3 times / day to the skin in the affected area and gently rub.
