Release form
A clear, viscous, colorless to brown solution in disposable glass syringes of hydrolytic class I equipped with a Luer Lock type needle fixation system complete with a needle with a trihedral laser sharpening. There is no graduation of the syringe, it is not required, since the contents of one syringe are used only once and are intended for only one patient.
Indications
– for the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis of mild, moderate or severe

Contraindications

Dosage and Administration
Hyalurum CS is intended for intra-articular administration.
The solution should not be administered outside the joint cavity, as well as to patients with infections or skin diseases at the injection site.
Intra-articular injection should be administered by specialists, trained in the technique of intra-articular administration and performed under aseptic conditions in medical institutions.
It is possible to use local anesthetics before an intra-articular injection, for example, subcutaneous administration of lidocaine.
It is necessary to properly disinfect the injection site (use a solution of alcohol 70% or other disinfectants). Disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts (e.g. benzalkonium chloride) should not be used, since a precipitation reaction is possible.
Before the introduction of Hyaluroma CS, fluid should be removed from the joint cavity.
Arthrocentesis prior to administration of the solution is recommended.
After removing the cap from the tip of the syringe, attach a sterile needle to the
syringe.depending on the joint.
Hyalurum CS is injected into the joint in volume depending on the size of the joint. The joint cavity should not be overloaded.
Each prefilled syringe is for single use only. The contents of the syringe should be used immediately after opening. Fully unused solution cannot be stored and should not be re-sterilized.
After injection of Hyaluroma CS, the patient is advised to adhere to a sparing regimen and to avoid excessive or prolonged stress on the joints (for example, running or playing tennis) for 48 hours.
Side effects
Mild pain and swelling in the injection area may occur.
The above symptoms are transient and usually disappear after 72 hours.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C, in the original packaging, in a dry place.
Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life
2 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
